This document outlines the key information for software resellers, looking to provide MindMup subscriptions to their clients.

Subscription pricing

Individual (personal) accounts
USD $2.99 per month, or USD $25 per year
Team accounts (based on number of users)
USD $50/year for 10 users, or USD $100/year for 100 users, or USD $150/year for 200 users
Organisational (based on authentication domains)
USD $100/year for a single authentication domain (all users included)

The subscription may also require a one-time set-up fee in some situations, see below.

This pricing includes email customer support only, during UK business hours (9AM - 5PM on working days). We can provide a higher level of support on demand at additional cost. See the Support section below.

Set-up fee

In some situations, a subscription also requires a one-time account set-up fee.

The set-up fee is waived for organisations that do not require us to provide any additional information or paperwork. If you can just register yourself and pay online, there is no set-up fee.

If you require us to provide tax certificates, issue pro-forma invoices, register in your vendor portal or fill in additional questionnaires, a set-up fee of 750 USD is payable upfront, and non-refundable even if you decide not to set up the subscription. Please contact us before subscribing to get the invoice.

If you require us to sign custom contracts, MSA agreements or agree to any additional legal documents, this set-up fee will increase based on additional requirements and services required by your contract template, starting from 5,000 USD. Please contact us to get an estimate.

Subscription renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period. If you do not want the subscription to renew (effectively purchasing just a single billing period), stop payments immediately after purchase by following this process:

Reseller discounts

We do not provide any additional reseller discounts. You may charge a higher fee to your clients at your own discretion to recover your fees.

We can sign different terms for enterprise customers to make it easier to pass your legal review, but this requires increasing the set-up fee. The cost requires on additional requirements and services required by your contract template, starting from 5,000 USD. Please contact us to get an estimate.

Support

Our standard subscription costs include email support only, during UK business hours (9AM - 5PM on working days), with a guaranteed response within the next UK business day.

We can provide a higher level of support on demand at additional cost, including phone support and shorter response times. To get an estimate, please contact us.

Tax residence certificates

We can provide tax residence certificates for the purpose of avoiding double-taxation on demand, upon payment of the set-up fee. The UK authorities issue these for a specific country treaty, so if you require a certificate please contact us and provide the target country for which the double-taxation treaty applies.

W8-W9 Forms

Sauf Pompiers Ltd is a UK company without any US presence, so we cannot provide W9 forms. We can, though, provide a W8 form on demand, upon payment of the set-up fee.

Set-up instructions

Here are the key instructions to set-up and onboard your clients, depending on the subscription type required:

Personal (individual) subscriptions

Personal accounts are designed for individuals to set up directly, but resellers can register an account and re-assign it to a client. Here is how:

Team (user-based) subscriptions

Here is how to set up a team account on behalf of your client:

Organisational (domain-based) subscriptions

Organisational accounts require Single-Sign-On integration with Google Workspace (formerly GSuite) or Microsoft Office365. The set-up process differs based on whether you have an account on the client Single-Sign-On system or not.

Most user onboarding is automatic, so you just need to set up the subscription and pay.

With an account on the client authentication system

If you have an account on the client domain (it does not need to be an administrator), follow these instructions to set up the subscription:

If you do not have an account on the client domain, you can still pay for the subscription but one of your client representatives will have to set up the account. Here is how:

Ask the client to follow this process to set up the account (they will not be asked for any payment information):

Your client will receive an invoice to their email within one business day. They can forward the invoice to you for payment. The account will be immediately active, and you will have 7 days to settle the invoice using the included payment link.
